Issue berat dan bentuk badan.

Ok, ingat tak on my previous entry I ada cakap I lose weight kan ? Kind of weird jugak sebab yes, I really did lose weight but not lemak-lemak on my body. Haha. Why am I still looking fat while my body weight is only somewhere around 50 kg?

Haiyaa no wonder I never like Biology. Haha

Well semalam Hari Raya Kelima kan. I pergi beraya rumah my aunty. Dekat-dekat dengan kampung I je. Yang paling tak best, I kena period pain. So aunty I masak nasi pun I tak lalu makan. I jamah roti canai je. Huhu kesian kan ? So macam biasa la, kita layan gambar. Hehe







see ? 50 kg macam ni ? Perut berlipat. Spare tyre sampai 3,4 hahahaha.

Sila ignore the 3rd photo. Mata stim. Nak tau cerita nya apa ? Bangun tidur nampak my sister kat luar terus suruh dia snap my picture. Tu pasal mata macam tu hahaha. 

Btw lupa pulak nak cerita, hari yang masa I pergi makan Pizza tu, sempat la kejap I singgah Guardian, beli Vaseline Intensive Care. Ala, yang untuk bibir tu. And I'm using Vaseline now. Murah je tau. Dalam RM 3 something.


Jom ramai-ramai guna Vaseline ! Hehe :D

  8. U 50 kg je ke? 0.0!
    My fren pun mcm u babe, dia da kurus da now, tapi lengan dia mcm soft sangat, mcm lemak je takde muscle.
    U patut kan, never skip meals. U kena makan benda2 yg berkhasiat. Kalau u tak makan, muscle u akan degrade, and u jadi tak kuat, and lemak takkan kurang. Tu yang u ringan, tapi still chubby. My best idea? Is to eat healthily, and workout, jogging ke. :D
